The Alzheimer’s Support Network, an independent, not-for-profit corporation, serves Collier County families dealing with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia through: providing guidance and support for patients, their families and caregivers; educating and informing lay and professional people, interested agencies and groups; encouraging and supporting research into the causes, prevention, treatment and cure for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders; and advocating for the medical, social, psychological and financial needs of patients, their families and caregivers.
Elephant Fest: Remembering Those who Forget

Collier Heart Walk
